The fee for a material change is $300.
Form C-AR Annual Report
Completing this form will provide us with all of the information needed to draft and file your Form C-AR, the annual report you are required to be register with the SEC by April 30, the year after your offering closes.
Our fee to draft and file your Form C-AR is $750.
Bad Actor Application
We include three bad actor reports in our offering onboarding fee. Complete this form if you have more than three covered persons.
Our fee to run an additional background report is $100.
